Abstract
This study aims to prove the effect of Managerial Ownership, Free Cash Flow, Profitability, and company size to debt policy at manufacturing companies of pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange with observation period for 5 years ie 2012-2016. The design of this study is a descriptive study of causal correlation. Population in this research is manufacturing company of Pharmaceutical sub sector which listed in Stock Exchange indonesia as many as 10 companies, By using purposive sampling method to get 5 company as research sample. Data analysis method used in this research is to use multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that managerial ownership variables, free cash flow, profitability, and firm size affect the debt policy. Simultaneous Testing the relationship between managerial ownership variable, free cash flow, profitability, and company size obtained Fcount value of 8.476> Ftable 2.866 and significance value 0.005. Where the significance value of 0.005 <0.05 then it can be concluded that simultaneously managerial ownership variables, free cash flow, profitability, and firm size affect the debt policy.
