Abstract

Pencahayaan pada gedung pabrik sangat berpengaruh besar dalam suatu pekerjaan yang sedang dilakukan. Dengan pencahayaan yang baik tidak kurang dari 200 lux pada suatu gedung pabrik dan 120 - 250 lux pada ruangan kantor dapat membuat pekerjaan menjadi nyaman disaat seperti pekerjaan yang mendetail. Sebaliknya jika pencahayaan kurang maka akan mempengaruhi dalam suatu pekerjaan terhadap orang-orang yang sedang melakukan pekerjaan di gedung pabrik tersebut. Dengan adanya pekerjaan mendetail pada pabrik CV. Wana Indo Raya, maka pencahayaan sangat berperan penting dalam suatu pengerjaan tersebut, sehingga diperlukan adanya analisa intensitas pencahayaan pada gedung produksi dan kantor yang berada di CV. Wana Indo Raya. Setelah dilakukan analisa pada gedung Blockboard, Barecore, Gudang, dan Kantor di CV. Wana Indo Raya, maka didapatkan hasil rata-rata yang berbeda tiap tempatnya, yang dimana pencahayaan pada siang hari menggunakan pencahayaan natural (sinar matahari) tanpa menggunkan penerangan lampu dan disaat malam hari menggunakan pencahayaan lampu sepenuhnya. Seperti gedung Blockboard pada siang hari mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 257 lux dan 31 lux pada saat malam hari. Pada gedung Barecore saat siang hari memiliki rata-rata cahaya sebesar 264 lux dan 23 lux saat malam hari. Pada gedung kantor 1 saat siang hari mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 166 lux dan 72 lux saat malam hari. Dan pada gedung kantor 2 saat siang hari mendapatkan nilai rat-rat sebesar 172 lux dan 61 lux saat malam hari. Pencahayaan pada gedung CV. Wana Indo Raya pada malam hari belum memenuhi standart Peraturan Menteri Pemburuhan Nomer 7 Tahun 1964 dan SNI 03-6575-2001.
