Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of organizational culture, self-efficacy and quality of work life on job burnout and employee performance at PT. Atlantic Anugrah Metalindo in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Atlantic Anugrah Metalindo. The sampling technique used was total sampling (saturated sample). The research sample amounted to 105 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to all respondents. The collected data was then analyzed usinganalysis techniques Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that organizational culture had a negative but significant effect on job burnout. Self efficacy has a negative but significant effect on job burnout. Quality of work life has a negative but significant effect on job burnout. Job burnout has a negative but significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive but significant effect on employee performance. Self efficacy has a positive but significant effect on employee performance. Quality of work life has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance.
