Abstract
The research intends to prove the effect of working capital, workforce, and raw materials to the income of Batik UMKM entrepreneurs in Blitar City.The researchuses quantitative methods with primary data. The primary data collection in theresearch used a questionnaire obtained from the respondents of Batik UMKM entrepreneurs in Blitar City.The analysis used in the research is using multiple linear regression method. The results of the research prove that there is a significant partial or simultaneous influence between working capital and raw materials on the income of Batik UMKM entrepreneurs in Blitar City.While the workforce also has an influence but not significant.The coefficient value of the working capital variable obtained is 0,427 with a significant value of 0,000 < 0,05, the coefficient of workforce variable is 0,171 with a significant value of 0,066 > 0,05, the coefficient value ofraw material variable is 0,267 with a significant value of 0,000 < 0,05. This means that workforce has an influence but not directly on income. In simultaneous hypothesis testing, the calculated F test is 126,102 table F in the amount of 3,21 and the significant value is 0,000 0,05 which means that working capital, workforce, and raw materials simultaneously affect the income of Batik UMKM entrepreneurs in Blitar City. Thus, it can be concluded that all hypotheses are accepted which means working capital, workforce, and raw materials affect the income of Batik UMKM entrepreneurs in Blitar City
