Implementation Of Consultation Services Policy On The Allocation Of Village Funds And Village Funds To Increase Community Satisfaction (Study at Lakon Teda Clinic, Mojokerto Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service). Supervised by Mr. Dr. Djoko Widodo, M.S. as Advisor 1 and Mr. Drs. Muchammad Wahyono, M.S. as supervisor 2. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze whether the implementation of the policy of consulting services using the allocation of village funds and village funds at the Lakon Penggoda Clinic of the Mojokerto Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service could affect the increase in community satisfaction. The population in this study were village heads throughout Mojokerto Regency, amounting to 299 people. In this case we take the total population of 299 using the Slovin formula. Based on the calculation above, the population is 299, then calculated by the above formula, 171 people or respondents are taken as samples. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results showed that the regression model of equation I was obtained as follows: Y = 52.873 + 0.616X. The interpretation of the above equation is a constant value of 15.312, this means that community satisfaction will be 52.873 if the implementation of the policy is equal to zero. It can be explained that community satisfaction will decrease if there is no policy implementation. The policy implementation variable (X) has a positive influence on community satisfaction.
